We have compiled this page to update everyone on the status of our company, as well as what to expect from us in the foreseeable future. Below are listed a few FAQs we have received in the past few weeks. Hopefully this will address most of the questions and concerns you may have, if not, we invite you to reach out to us should you have any questions or need any further clarification.
What is B&G's current status?
We are currently operating at near full capacity amidst the COVID-19 developments. Due to the unforeseeable nature of the situation, some orders may be subject to slight delays.
What precautionary measures are you taking at the moment?
We are closely adhering to all CDC and WHO safety recommendations. We have implemented strict guidelines to ensure safety for our employees and customers alike. Among these is the implementation of protective face and hand gear when handling any and all merchandise.
Will my orders be delayed, or take longer than usual to process?
Due to both logistical limitations and an increase in traffic, orders are currently taking a bit longer than our usual processing times. Currently, you can expect your order to be shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase (unless otherwise specified on listing). Please bear in mind we are closed during weekends.
